TERRY HOLSTEIN, ABR

        Meet our agent who has made his career in sales! Since 1984, Terry sold school furniture and equipment as a sales representative for a dealer, then in 1998 he opened his own school supply business. Prior to 1984 he even sold Mack trucks!

        When Terry was ready to make a change, a friend told him to "get into something you have a passion for." LEAH PRINCE

        Leah is married with two children. Her husband, William, builds custom homes, along with doing much of his own carpentry work. William's excitement over the homes he builds and works on has been passed on to Leah! She loves viewing homes, both new and resales!

        With her love of houses, her familiarity with the needs of a family, and the fact that she truly enjoys helping people, it's no surprise that Leah loves being a REALTOR!     Tony is a truly enthusiastic person and agent, who works hard daily to gain every bit of real estate knowledge that he can.                 STEPHANIE ROLADER

        In 2002, Stephanie and her husband, Scott,  decided they wanted to move to Morgan County to live the country life, and for the excellent school system. Butch Morton was their agent and helped them locate a beautiful home with acreage in the Buckhead area, where they now live with their two children, Cole and Allison.  And they are truly enjoying the country life of raising horses and cows!

        Stephanie fell in love with Morgan County and has become active in the local activities. She knows the area very well, and keeps up with what's going on both in Morgan and in the surrounding counties! This fueled her interest in real estate. She also enjoys meeting people, so becoming a Realtor was a natural choice for her!

SONYA NEIHAUS

     Sonya  became excited about real estate through her family and their involvement in the building business. Sonya received a real education in buying and selling from them.  Becoming a Realtor was a natural progression of her strong interest in the housing industry. 

       Sonya is a native Georgian. She grew up in the Young Harris Mountains (Towns County), and she visits there quite frequetly since much of her family still lives there. She knows a great deal about that community, and would be happy to help you if you have an interest in that area. She lived in Conyers with her family until 1998, when they moved to Social Circle. Her family is her first priority. She's very much involved in the Social Circle schools and with the sports activities of her sons, so she knows this community quite well, also.

     Sonya has been active with the East Metro Board of Realtors. She worked hard and attained the Circle of Excellence Award, which is presented to those who participate in a number of activities required by EMBOR. She received recognition for participating in the EMBOR Leadership Focus, as well.
